Istanbul Sapphire is the highest residence building in Europe (excluding Moscow) with an antenna height of 262,5 meters. It is characterized as a mixed project, featuring a combination of residence units, a shopping mall and an observation terrace. The project, which has a total construction area of 165,139 m², started to be constructed in 2006 and was completed in March 2011. It consists of 10 floors below and 56 floors above ground. Vertical gardens are one of the privileges offered by the project, and the double façade provides comfort.
